At Rails of Sheffield, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
